Our thoughts on the Hitachi CP-X1250... Where as the Hitachi CP-X1200 uses the same LCD panels but a lower spec lamp (275W UHB) and produces a still respectable 3500 ANSI lumens at 750:1 contrast ratio. the CP-X1200 also uses the same progressive scan chip set for enhanced video/TV images. The CP-X1250 is the perfect choice for medium to large size installation venues, its lens (standard lens) has a 1.5x zoom range and the projector comes with vertical lens shift to make installation easy (horizontal and vertical keystone correction is also included). It also features a handy top opening panel for replacing the lamp, meaning you can leave the projector installed (if ceiling mounted) while replacing the lamp unit. For full connectivity the CP-X1250 features all the usual computer and video input connections as well as the addition of a DVI terminal and BNC terminals for high quality display content.
